This poster series was designed to challenge the authority demanded by scientific illustration. By deliberately classifying forms that resist order, this work highlights the absurdity of assuming that scientific study is inherently objective. Using 19th and early 20th century taxonomical illustration as inspiration, I interrogate classification linked to personal identity.
